I have been keeping dream journals on and off for most of my life, however over the years some of them have been lost. The oldest journal I have is from 2000, but the oldest picture is from 2004;

I wish I still had the ones from my teens...I put a lot more effort into the pictures, but your post has inspired me to make my journals beautiful again! (and I'd like to add colour!)

Edit: It's not a constant, although I had periods of dedication, like back in 1996 for a couple of months, in 2009-2010 as another example. Unfortunately I don't have those with me, just what I got to transcribe on the PC and it was not that much. I had to dig to find what I got here which was mixed with other type of notes and/or was waiting to be classified now.
Nowadays I'm working on it again, let's see if I got better results.

I scrawl notes about my dreams on a post-it in the middle of the night, then write them out in the morning. Sometimes I'll draw little maps of the area if I remember it clearly.

I mark out my my lucid dreams, and list them out in the back. Oh yeah, and I have teeny tiny handwriting!
