After a dream, I had a dream, woke up. I am lazy so I stayed in bed. I close my eyes, the most vivid picture i've ever seen in my life. It was a wall, with a DSI charger plugged into the outlet. What is this happening called? It's freakishly epic. |

I've had extremely vivid visual hallucinations before bed, i dont know if that counts? it's pretty much random stuff. |

Sometimes when I wake up at night and even sometimes when I stay up way to late I can visualize things very vividly as if I was seeing it with my eyes. It doesn't happen all the time, I usually have to be extra tired. It makes DEILDing much easier. |

I woke up from a dream last night and I had a question in my mind. I believe it was long the lines of "What do women think about?", a strange question I know, however it persisted in my mind. I just lay awake at about 9:40am thinking about this question and then I closed my eyes. To my amazement I saw a room, not too dissimilar to my own only this time the window wasn't at the end of my bed, it was on the wall beside me, to my right. The really strange part was that there was a girl sitting on the bed looking at me and she started talking to me, answering the question. Needless to say she was beautiful but what intrigued me the most was that she looked unlike any person I've ever seen, totally new to me yet I felt like we had known each other for a long time. |

I think that is HH. The first time it happened to me, when I was trying to have an Obe. I could see my room with my eyes closed and heard strange voices (HA). |

Hypnagogic imagery is a feature of stage 1 of NREM sleep, not REM sleep and REM atonia. |

Yeah I'd imagine that's what happening. Good way of putting it. I've actually been trying to stay more and more aware when I'm falling asleep because it really is a whole nother ball game in that stage. |

I have had a similar experience. |
|
Haha, yeah. I've done very similar things. Often in a dream I'll be holding onto something like a remote or a mobile and I'll start waking up. The funny thing is that I can feel the bed and I'm aware I'm awake but I'm still holding onto the object. Sometimes I drop it and try to find it in my bed and then I realize it was never there to begin with. |

Yes, i already had this type of hallucination seveal times, it's really impressionning! |

"What you are doesn't make who you are."
Quote by myself. ^^
One time after waking from a dream I reached for my phone in the dark. when I was thinking about where it might be, the whole phone flashed bright red and lit up only the phone, making a chiming noise in my head. I have never been able to make it make that sound. I'm still not sure if I was asleep or awake, but when I got up to get my phone it was where it was when I saw the red flashing. Needless to say it freaked me out a bit. |
