I defintely know the feeling. Its basically a starting sleep paralisys which you maintain at a certain level. You feel your body sink into the bed and you stomach starts tingling as if you see your crush when you were young. I first sensed it when I tried self hypnosis, it really is an amazing feeling. I practise it every now and then and I can keep it going for thirty minutes if I want. It does feel like a half ready orgasm but it will never happen becuase you are just stimulating the muscles and nerves down in the deep abdomen and bladder unless you haver amazing willpower . Im pretty sure it has absolutely nothing to do with your diet what you are doing is just sending your body into a meditative/SP state. Its cool that you found out for yourself like me it makes Wilding alot easier becuase you know that SP feels good .
