Edward Snowden reveals Australia's Links To Secret US Spy Program

The UK one is particularly worrying, they can grab ALL traffic that goes through the UK and store 3 days worth at the moment. Although this article is mainly about Australia's involvement, it highlights the extent of telecommunication monitoring by 5 major Western nations. Scary shit.

It's a sad world we live in. I just hope that these people are held accountable for this one day.

I agree, I hope so too anyway. I'm trying to get involved with any protests and I really hope there are protests in all of these country's major cities.
So far the only country with proper protests has been Germany, when Obama visited. Some (hopefully) preliminary ones in America though, with a few hundred people.
If only we could have Occupy-level protests about this, clear intentions, everyone there for the same thing, but with Occupy numbers and geographical spread.
