I'm disappointed that Hollywood lacks imagination. |

If Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was any indication, it's probably best to stay away from any and all Burton remakes. God, that movie blew compared to the Gene Wilder movie. |

"Take atheism, for example. Not a religion? Their pseudo-dogmatic will to convert others to their system of beliefs is eerily reminiscent of the very behavior they criticize in the religious."
I think it'll be a pretty good movie. I'm going to see it on saturday, I believe, and I'm certainly looking forward to it. Tim Burton have made some nice movies. |

April Ryan is my friend,
Every sorrow she can mend.
When i visit her dark realm,
Does it simply overwhelm.
You have to see a film like that on drugs because that seems to be a tradition with this film, and it's kinda like tim burton himself is an acid head lol. |
|
I would rather die on my feet then to live on my knees.
Oooh, I detested the Charlie remake. My theatre buds and I are going to see the movie tomorrow. Let's see if it meets our expectations. |
|
I'm going for the visuals as well. I can't really remember the Disney film and I have never really read Alice in Wonderland besides maybe a condensed version or excerpt. I'm a pretty big poser I guess, haha. |

thankyou, christian. |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

I remember falling in love with depp as edward scizzorhands, now an entire generation of kids will think of him as a creepy man living in their backyard |

It was pretty good, guys. I just saw it a few hours ago. The 3D was good, and the story could've been a bit better in some areas. Johnny was a very interesting Hatter. All of the Wonderland characters were great. I especially loved the Cheshire cat. |
|
This guy,, and this guy,
, are mine. BACK OFF!
I heard it was slated. |

Hey! Another kindred soul here! I totally concur! ANd also Helena Bonham Carter! Her and Johnny Depp and Tim Burton. And please spare me the soundtrack by Danny Elfman! Does Alice in Wonderland have Soundtrack by Danny Elfman! I hope not! As a musician myself, Danny Elfman's music drives me crazy! It is OK for the Simpsons theme song, but after you hear it over and over again and in every Tim Burton movie it begins to drive you Mad!!! Did anyone see the Family Guy episode where Danny Elfman did the soundtrack for Star Wars and they had a bunch of clowns playing accordians and slide whistles? |

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I have to admit, it surprised me a little when it first popped up... |
