Thread: Night Watch & Day Watch

These are two of my favorite movies, I'm surprised they aren't more well known in the US. If you check them out make sure you get original Russian version with subtitles. I don't know if the third installment, Twilight/Dusk Watch will ever be made, and I don't really care either way. These two movies are pretty awesome on their own. I read all 4 books in the series and actually liked the movies better than the books.

Night Watch

These always make me feel tired.

Not in a boring way, they're great.

But It might be how everyone always seems worn out in them, all the time

I enjoyed both of these movies but preferred Night Watch to Day Watch...this thread has actually inspired me to rent both and watch them again.

I didn't know they were originally books, I will have to check those out.

I don't like the movies much, truth to be told. I hardly even managed to watch Day Watch. I don't understand how you can prefer them over the books, the books are brilliant!
