Hey there,
My name is Max, I'm 27 years old and from Germany. Since around 10 years I've been trying and experimenting with different techniques and methods for inducing lucid dreams. Because I'm meditating on a daily basis since about 3 years, I'm interested in extending mindfulness practice in other parts of my life - on being dreams! And sleep and dream yoga seems to offer a good entry point for that. Even though I have to admit that at first when I heard from it I actually thought I would have to do yoga poses within the dream. So I guess this journey ahead is partly about me getting rid of the prejudice that yoga always is about stretching haha.
