So after not having much luck over the past few YEARS of trying to have intentional LDs, I figure yoga couldn't hurt! I stumbled upon this yesterday and found it quite interesting that instead of doing reality checks to become aware, you simple do reality awareness at a hyper-active stage. I hope this will give me more results than before and I have a feeling it will. After just one night of doing some sensory work, I brought myself into a deep sleep last night. I'm already skilled in visualization, sensory mirages, and energy work, however I always skip being aware constantly. That's the main reason I feel I haven't been able to become lucid. So, there's that. (: Can't wait to also enjoy the company of everyone as well. |
