I have been repeating a mantra in my head, although i thought there was a slight improvement in my recall I found that it was just for one dream. I don't remember multiple dreams a night. In all fairness i've been being a mental slacker. I will probably try writing out the mantras then try that meditation technique. Should I continue repeating mantras in my head? and does the B6 really help? And i can see how that one recall method is iffy. You could just be making stuff up for all you know. |
