Thread: Huge Youtube Playlist of dream recall videos, dream recall affirmations and dream recall meditations

I basically dug through all of Youtube and added every video I could find about recalling dreams, whether it was a general how to video, an affirmation program, or a guided meditation. I am going to keep updating it with any other Youtube videos I find specifically about dream recall. A lot of You Tubers have offered their own videos about dream recall. So if anyone is stuck on dream recall maybe it will help.

I mainly made it for my own reference so I don't have to go back and search again for the same video since some videos are buried deeper in Youtube than others.

Thanks! I actually watched that one last year and I thought it was great. For some reason it just didn't pop up in my search. Adding now!!

If anyone else has made a dream recall video that I missed, please let me know. I am not omitting any on purpose, its just that some things didn't come up on my searches yet.

Also there are lots of great tracks of instrumentals which say they boost dream recall but I didn't include them just because it didn't have words or instructions. Again, nothing personal. I am sure they work too. A search for "dream recall" on youtube will bring up lots of music meant to enhance dream recall.

This is so no one feels excluded! Everyones dream recall videos are welcome!!! I think the more the better and if anyone wants to make a video for dream recall tips I will pop it on the play list too.

EDIT - Just from tracking related links I actually added about 5 videos so it is nothing personal if anyone's wasn't included. Who knows maybe this is only 25 or 50% of what is out there. I did omit one that I thought seemed too biblical sounding. I didn't want to put anyone off with something really biblical but I probably shouldn't discriminate.
