Thread: Losing Confidence

Hard to say what you might do to improve without knowing more about what your doing

are you practicing WBTB (maybe by drinking lots of water at night so you wake right after each dream)

are you getting to sleep early and sleeping at least 7.5 total hours per day? etc

If not do some of these things.
if you just go to bed at random times, and wake up to alarm or at random from sleeping in and then journal you won't get much progress

also if Dream Recall is your goal what is your Mantra:
"Dreams are important to me"
"I will remember my dreams"
"I will wake after my dreams"
"I will recall my dreams"
all might be much better than for instance

"come on LD, three-hundredth time is the charm"
