To add to what Kraom said, you can try using mantra like "I remember my dreams" or similar when falling asleep to help remembering dreams, also you can try waking up right after dream, dream recall right after dream is most detailed, for that mantra like "I wake up after each dream and remember it" can help. Also you can do another technique where you recall events of the whole day before going to sleep, that helped me improve recall personally when i was just starting.
