Thread: Dream journal(s)

I wonder. I have written some dreams on my dream journal here from the past. I have a dream journal book at my home and was thinking I might write the dreams I have written here in it as I haven't had any dream recall lately. Do you think doing that may help my dream recall?

Keeping your mind on dreams definitely helps your recall. Most of all, when you wake up, try not to move and relax! Really, just relax! Screw everything else that's to happen in the day, this is your (if you will) short morning meditation. If you have the time, go ahead! It would definitely be more beneficial than counter-productive.
