Lower your stress throughout your day. Eat better. Find out what is wrong with your situation and try to fix it. Thats what I did. I didnt dream for 4-5 days straight, but realized It was because I was having an abnormal sleep pattern, was using drugs before bed, (cannabis and caffiene) and was having a rough week at work. Just take a step back from everything and try to see what is not working for you, and try to change it. If you cant, dont sweat it, that will cause more stress
