I talk freely in my lucid dreams, but I have no control over what I say, I also don't remember smelling anything... Try taking time to smell things more in real life. |

I cannont smeel anything or talk when I am in a lucid dream. When I try talking its really weird. I think to myself what I want to say and then it just kinda happens but I can't hear myself say it. Like today I was trying to yell "Lucidity now!!!", and it worked, but I couldnt hear myself say it. I also have to think before I speak, I cant just talk freely. Anyone else have this problem? |

The sense of smell is really hard to do in LDs so don't worry about it. Talking though isn't really that hard, just "think" what you're saying, that some times helps. |

Some are born to endless night.
Just last night I told my family in a lucid dream that I was dreaming and that i had to go. |

I can't talk loudly in dreams, for some reason I can only whisper. If it's a nightmare and I try to scream, it's like someone breathing out.. "ahhhhh"... at the same volume as a whisper. |

How do I know if this is really happening? For all I know, I'm asleep and typing on my pillow!
I never try to talk normally in a lucid dream because I know the words are not coming out of your mouth. Try working more on telepathy this is normally how you are communicating anyway. Trying to focuse on your mouth will not give you good results but use your mind and speak withing your mind. Just like in the real world when you are thinking of something and you are almost sort of speaking within your thoughts, this is how you communicate in your dreams. |

That's odd, I can talk like a normal person in my dreams, I really never was concerned with how loud I've yelled in my sleep, I know I sleep talk sometimes and have said some very embarrassing things while sleeping off a mild hangover in the Philippines, but that is probably because I wake up to loud noises made by my worst enemy, the alarm clock. |
