You can try to make habit of making mindful reality check everytime you wake up.
And when doing them be confident that they will show you that your dreaming and that weird stuff will happen,

If you have any more questions i'il try to answer them.
Thanks that advice has been helpful Misaka I will make sure to do an RC every time I wake up from now on to fix the FA problem. Though I do have 1 more question, is there a way to get through a false awakening without it making someone lose their lucidity? Or does it depend on the level of lucidity a person has as I read some other people experience with FA and they manage to go through the entire process without losing any awareness.

And the nose pinch is a very good RC. Glad to see you had se success recently in your DJ as well!
Yes I was amaze that it work so quickly and that is a good idea, I have to make it a habit that when I do wake up from an LD or an FA occurs my 1st intention has to be a RC. I still have a habit of using the finger count RC which I usually have difficulties with but will constantly try the nose pinch so it will transition to my dreams as well. These are great answers thanks.
