      Stop messing with chronitons!

In all seriousness, I think time skips are really just briefly losing awareness and finding yourself somewhere (or when) different. Perhaps stabilization could help?

One of my teachers told me to say "I'm dreaming" over and over when lucid and stay away from DCs until I get better. I started doing that, and it raised my general dream awareness and state awareness inside the dream and I don't do it anymore unless I feel it skipping, but I don't experience time skips anymore unless I make them.
