      Training your Will! (Control Powers)

      WELCOME TO MY GUIDE

!This Guide is going to show you how to train your will and make your lucid dreaming experiences limitless!

First of all for you guys who don't know what "Will" it is the power of your mind. The stronger your mind is, the more things you can do in your lucid dreams. After all, anything you do in your lucid dream is using your will.

How can Training your will help in lucid dreams?

Alright, lets make an example to start with... Take my friend Lachlan for example, he cannot fly in his lucid dreams unless he flaps his arms and/or kicks his legs. Me on the other hand can fly around at the speed of sound going backwards.

In a dream your surroundings and what you do and how things happen, is all controlled by your mind (unlike reality). So what ever you say is going to happen in a lucid dream will happen, BUT.... You Have to truly think it is going to happen....

For example... I can make anyone I want to appear right infront of me in my dreams by just turning around and imagining they are really there and turn back around to see them there. But for this to happen you must TRULY think they are there.

      The Next Step

Once you are able to control your surroundings like that you can step it up! The next thing I did was teleport to where I wanted to be( I flew away from my friends at the speed of sound and lost them). Now the key here is to close your eyes and think where you want to be. Open your eyes and you should be in that place!

      !Last Step!

Now here is the ultimate test after you have weeks of experience controlling your dreams. Try just simply walking through walls! Remember the key to ANY control in a lucid dream is truly believing that it will happen. Always bare in mind that a dream isnt real, and what ever you want to happen WILL!

After that you can try amazing things like summoning, transforming and what not!

Any questions DO NOT hesitate to ask!

And always remember, a dream is what YOU want it too be

*People might be able to do this in one night, i personally on my first LD Flew at the speed of sound, Teleported, used telekinesis and even shot out energy balls.*

      GOOD LUCK!

Speed of light is 300 000 km/h which means it's negligibly slower then teleportation. Which means you didn't travel at the speed of light.

I disagree with the ''closing eyes and opening, while imaginating a place". It'll make most people wake up, or opening their real eyes.
Anyway, I don't think there is any speed that can be compared to the thinking speed. There is a tutorial somewhere there about the will power in dreams.

This doesn't seem very new or amazing. Sure, you can turn around and summon anyone, but why can't you summon them right in front of you? Why do you have to close your eyes to change the scene of the dream? Also, this seems to go in a linear order of ease, but it's not linear at all. The first thing I did in my LD was change something on a TV screen, and then teleport. I never summoned things till my 5th or 6th, and phasing was another of my firsts, and making it seem like its going to be harder than teleporting is just putting up mental barriers imo.

For most people, flying is easy as hell, for some it's the only thing they can't do. Just because you can phase and fly through walls doesn't mean that you can shoot energy balls out of your chest, but for some people, they can do all of it easily. It is really all about will, and its not a bad guide, but it limits potential, and it focuses on the idea that if you can do one dream ability, then you can start trying another, which, Im not sure if you put down intentionally, but is definitely not true.

I think you should focus a bit more on the training of the will, and not so much on the practices, so people don't get the wrong idea. This is all in my opinion of course.

yea the past few times I tried to fly, I failed, one time I lost lucidity, and the other it faded into the void, and a new scene appeared. I guess expectation of what will happen, will make it happen. I can float, but flying I can't. I know I want to, and I say things such as "I know I can fly, since it is my dream." But maybe since I failed so often, my expectation of it happening makes it difficult for me. Now that I think about it, next time I LD I will just expect to fly. haha I just fixed my own problem. Well anyway thanks for this thread in making me think a bit.

Once your dream control has reach this stage try to create your own world where everything needed your approval to exist. Like you know everything that is existing inside of it with no interference of any external matter. Then you will realize that in a dream you aren't in control its impossible on i scale just mentioned

Well, if you have enough will power, you can teleport without closing your eyes.

Flying and running really fast is the easiest thing to do in my lucid dreams. I really want to get rid of the pain. When ever I run or something like that I feel my arms/legs hurt like in they would in real life. Usually I just ignore it, but sometimes it can go on forever. I know that I probably grind my teeth when I sleep. I also want to Earthbend, I've tried like 3 times so far and can't do it. I feel like a dumb ass waving my arms around like an idiot.

As for pain, it's all about attention. Everything in your dreams require your attention to exist. I purposefully concentrate on certain things/actions so I don't feel pain if I do something otherwise painful (I can rip my arm off without pain in a dream, it's all about what your focusing on). I call in desensitization.

Earthbending, try feeling the earth. earthbending is all about strength and rigidity. A strong stance and sturdiness, like a rock. Earthbending, the horse stance, kicks to the ground, punches in a rock/wall. You have to feel the earth, make sure that you don't try, just do. If you feel fierce when you hit the earth, then it will move. Same with the other avatar inspired elements (I'm assuming your getting the idea from Avatar: the last airbender). Waterbending is smooth and flows, mostly arm movements. Airbending is quick and agile, uses a lot of breathing, firebending is fierce, and angry.

Or you can try teleporting to a place where there are lots of earthbenders (bending class?). You won't feel stupid if tons of ppl are doing it.

i have had only a few Lds and only one of them was long enough to do anything in.
in this i did whatever i liked by looking hard at a space in the air and knowing what I wanted beforehand. no my greatest worry is what my subconsiuos does while im not concentrating on it.
when i have a lucid dream the first thing I will do isorder a pizza.

      PIZZA
      pizza is sacred.
