Welcome to DILD class!
You know, people you will meet in a lucid dream will most likely be just a representation of your friends. They will not really be them. I live tousands of miles from my parents and all family. Last time in my LD, I was in their backyard and I watched them work in the yard. Whether it was them for real, or not, It gave me comfort seeing them.
But there is so much fun to be had in a LD, you will not be bored.
As to your stress relief. You wanna talk about it? Why you so stressed? Can it be helped in waking life?
Ok, so for a DILD:
- awareness question
- reality checks
- mantras
You will practice these during day, whenever you remember so. If you don't remember at all, set up some reminders, like watch beep on the hour, sticky-notes...
Practice maybe once or twice an hour. But what's more important than how many times is the emotions you put into them.
