Thread: Demons and Dreaming

Well this is a two part question... First part is, As the dream builds up, everything is fine but all of a sudden a dream character starts talking to me and BOOM Feels like a demon RUSHES me almost as if it tries to attack but i wake up really quick.. Feels like the demon jumps almost threw me Anyone know what thats called?

Second part is .. Is there a demon with a woman's body and a demon head? Just looking to hear if theres anyone else that seen a demon like this or u can give a name of it. Plus it had a wedding dress on..

I find the best way to deal with 'demonic' dreams, is to not take them too seriously. Whether these are real demons are not, that's really only something you can decide for yourself. If you are worried about being attacked again in your dreams, you can use any invocation that you believe in to protect yourself. Such as, let's say youre Christian. Well then you can just summon the power of Jesus Christ to protect you.

I find that across the board, regardless of religion, that people can simply summon Light to protect them from dream demonic attacks. It's as simple as shouting 'Light!'. Or you can imagine a shield of light protecting you, or light coming out of your hands to attack the dream demon

I used to have these sorts of dreams all the time. I have them a lot less. I think it is all about facing your fears.
One time, I had this dream. It was a male character. His face began to turn all demonic and weird. I got that erie feeling that usually comes over me. I stayed calm that time and continued to look at his face. For some reason, this time was different, as I seemed to connect with him and not be afraid.. and for a brief moment.. I recognized him as another expression of infinite divinity.. As if all of creation was just a game of hide and seek.
Do you see the infinite and divine consciousness in ALL?
Just then, a smile came across his face and there was a twinkle in his eye, as if to say.. "You got me. You saw me dwelling within."
Something happened inside me at that moment which I cannot explain. Some deep layer of my consciousness was liberated and a deep sense of joy swelled from that part of me.
Of course, I still have scary dreams and feel afraid. I still have to find my center and seek for deeper and deeper levels of courage and understanding.
But, I now think of these types of dreams as gifts. An opportunity to find the profound spiritual gift that is hidden within...

That sure sounds scary; but I still feel it is nothing much to worry about. What are you eating before you go to sleep? Certain foods can induce nightmares like that. Do you have any subconscious fears?

The Wiccans have a lovely spell for nightmares. I am not a Wiccan so I cannot remember it right now. But perhaps you could research it? Or I will research it for you and post it here. You can use that spell against nightmares and have a peaceful sleep.

Cool thanks for all the great post guys Next time im going to stand my ground and teach that damn demon a thing or too.. Sure it will be a fight with epic proportions!

I work with demons regularly. It is my advice that you do unto demons as you would have them do to you.

Is it real or not? Does it matter? What kind of person do we wish to be? When we hurt others intentionally we practice violence. When we hurt others how much love is left for ourselves?

When we are violent do we feel afraid or confident? fearful or joyful? How do you wish to be remembered?
