Your vision problems, the force pulling you back to your physical body, heart chakra activation, and the difference in the appearance of your hands all indicate astral projection. I have rarely experienced these phenomena in lucid dreams, but have experienced them during APs many times. However, I do not believe it is all that important to distinguish one type of experience from another, as valid spiritual insight is equally accessible through both means of experience.
