sounds like you're definitely experiencing some sleep paralysis at times. nothing to be scared of though really which you will learn after some more studying on what is actually happening during those times. completely natural and it happens to many different people in many different ways. as far as how to avoid the OOB experiences i'm not sure if there is a way to stop them at times the way you are describing it. if it does continue to happen though you can just focus on your physical body and manually try to lay back down in your body and that should do it. you may end up feeling some of the paralysis symptoms again during that time of reconnection. just give yourself a few seconds , i honestly don't think more than 30 seconds ever, and you'll be back to normal. pretty lucky though to be getting those experiences so easily if you ask me. |
