There is a very simple answer to this, since a lot of people are different. |

I love to nap and LD during naps (especially WILDs). I haven't saw any drop-off in LDs at night since I started napping during the day, so I'm sure you will be fine. Like Reegal said, a nap is just another chance to become lucid. As for the REM cycle, it is much easier to enter REM during a nap than at the start of sleep. It usually takes 2-4 hours of sleep before your body enters REM at night, while with naps you can enter directly into REM fairly quickly (which makes it great for WILDing). The only downside I can think of would be; If you nap during the day, your body may be more rested and not need as much sleep at night (causing you to wake up an hour or two early). I'm one of those people who can sleep as much as I want (15+ hours regularly if I have time |
