      This works because there is no conscious resistance from the conscious mind and the affirmation filters straight through to the subconscious unhindered. I have mentioned this method several times on this forum. I have had no success with it but instead had to resort to other hypnosis methods to achieve success and slowly putting a lengthy tutorial together about it.
