      Thumbs up Recommended Lucid Aids

This is for those who don't want to buy strong sleeping pills or anything like that. These are some recommendations:
      1. Have a nice warm bath about 5 minutes before bedtime. This tranquilizes you and sets you to "sleep" mode.

      2. Keep a journal! I know a lot of people say this, put it's true. A dream journal helps recognize dream signs and mantain lucidity,

      3. During your dream if you notice something strange (like a purple flying hippo), you might just trigger that "lucid switch"!

      4. Just study dreams for about one to two months, and you might find that you are getting good at lucidity.

      5. Don't do vigorous exercises before bed. They may make you dizzy and you might not understand some dream signs.

      6. Melotonin and B6 are great. However, Melatonin just may be too strong, so you can stick to B6.

I'll think of more tips eventually

I don't gaurantee you to be a lucid master in one day. These things don't always work.

      5. Is the only one I didn't know about. Also

      1. Do exercise in the middle of the day, it makes you sleep easier at night.
      2. Drink plenty of dairy

Might want to add them, lol

Good tips, Loonytoonic8 - I usually have a few random lucid dreams in a month, but here's something that almost always works for me when I am trying to make myself have one - I spend a couple of days taking a moment here and there throughout the days to look at my hands (back of hands and palms) and reiterate to myself that I am awake. It becomes such a habit after only a few days that I start doing it in my dreams, and then I realize I'm dreaming....and then, of course, I rush to 'call someone' on the 'phone'....
