Method: An hour before you go to sleep do reality checks that fail (ie. if you were in a dream and you did the RC you would realize you're in a dream) ever 5 minutes. Since what you do for the past few hours before sleep happen in dreams more frequently. Do this every day, eventually you will have lucid dreams every night.
