      Amazing 100%* Technique
      Preperation: See 'Method'

      Method: An hour before you go to sleep do reality checks that fail (ie. if you were in a dream and you did the RC you would realize you're in a dream) ever 5 minutes. Since what you do for the past few hours before sleep happen in dreams more frequently. Do this every day, eventually you will have lucid dreams every night.

      Reasoning: Since you do the method frequently and before sleep it will be implanted in memory more deeply and allow for DILD's to occur naturally and frequently.

      Heh. I never thought about that technique. It seems to be easier, too. Because it's hard for me to get a habit of reality checking THROUGHOUT the day.

      I don't normally call out people on their technique but this is in no way 100%..and it even says in Laberges book that reality checks are more effective when done close to sleep time.

      Ok.. the asterisk is noted but its still just common sense that reality checks will be better closer to sleep.

      O.K. This is a very simple way to increase the frequency of DILD's. However, it would probably be most effective when combined with daily RC's. Good, simple idea though.
      P.S. Stop calling techniques "100&#37; Effective" without any formal testing. }:->
