Well, i have been into LD for about 2 months now. its safe to say ive had three successes. However, after those three i havent had one LD, i am starting to lose faith that ill be able to dominate it, i know im supposed to take baby steps but somehow i feel like im on a downhill track leading to nothing. Ludic Dreamin is a huge ambition of mine, and i really want to do it, i have been following many methods and the only one that has worked for me is the sleep then wake then back to bed method. Then recently Dreams have been harder to remember, i dont know whats happening, its like my subconcious is losing faith, Can Anyone Help????

Sometimes you can want it to much. One day you wont even think about it, go to bed like normal, and BAM. Lucid dream.

Hi...I've been doing it since 2005 Dec and only 17 so far. My last LD was last year I think if I can remember. I'm currently going through burnout but I still want to have LDs everynight and I think it's possible. All U need now is a break like the one I'm having now. Been a week with no attempt to have LDs, I find it helps clear my mind so I can think of new ways to have LDs. And also I sleep better and have better dream recall when I stop trying to have LDs so it's because of the stress from trying to have one. Take a break...

Well maybe you shouldn't try so many methods in 2 months time. Stick with ONE method for a while.
By the way the WBTB method can be combined with almost any other method for better results.

A break could be a a good idea too.
I can see that you want too much too LD and that can cause overmotivation -yes there is such thing.
You should try to suggest to yourself instaid of putting pressure.

After all 3 LDs in 2 months is not that bad for someone that just started LDing.

Definitely the Dream Re-Entry, as i naturally wake up after dreams, which makes this technique easy.

sebster what else are you going to do in your sleep
what are you paying to get ld's a little time
time to plug your nose and breath
time to go online and talk to people that know what they are talking about

come on if you get there your life will be filled with magic and wonder and you don't have to drive anywhere to get there you can fly you can go into space! don't lose the faith

      hugs and kisses JFK

Okay heres what you do.... its called a dream journal!!!!!

If you have an average recall of 1 dream per night, after only a week i guarantee youll remember 3 or more a night.
After you can recall about 6 ENTIRE (the whole thing) dreams youll start to have LD's automatically. Because when you wake up in the morning and try to remember the dream.. you remember what it feels like and how to remember to do a reality check once your back in that state.

If this dosnt help, your doing something wrong.

      Do this tonight

Go to bed at a decent time (9:00).Set your alarm for 4:00. Lay in bed and relax, count your breaths. Breath in, breath out , thats 1 then go all the way to 100 or 150. While your doing this say to yourself: Tonight i will remember im dreaming, when i wake up i will remember! Do this over and over and over! Then when you wake up stay in bed and stay still for 9 minutes. Then do this

      There you go!

Best thing to do is to take a break, once you start loosing faith, your letting your mind get what it wants, and youll never have one again....take a small break and then try again, it worked for me....
