-Reverse Blinking
-Tensing all your Muscles and then relaxing them to feel the difference one by one
-Meditation/Making the Mind blank, calm and (near)empty of thoughts.( This can be done by sitting in Lotus posture and coming to Mental and Physical peace, but also Dancing, Drawing, Singing, Playing a music Instrument can work very meditative. Your personal approach will always work best.
-Attention Foucussing techniques using external Stimuli(Auditory:Music, Tactile:Cool Balm on the Skin, Olfactory:Sleeping surrounded by certain odors..etc these are just examples)
-Temporary Sleep Deprivation: Being VERY VERY tired due to lack of Sleep and THEN finally going to sleep. The extreme sleepyness and drowsyness after having been sleep deprived where you have to yawn every minute, tears roll from your eyes and your eyes are amazingly hard to keep open. That sleepyness is a remarkably deep state of Sleep Trance.
-Herbs that Make the Mind awakened/Sharp and focussed while it relaxes you as well.(Mint Tea, small amounts of Marijuana or Hashis, small amounts of Magic Mushrooms, Dreamherbs like African Dream Root and Calea DreamHerb...etc)
-Certain enchanting ''Magical'' Music that inspires Emotions and Imaginations ( For me that'd be Ambient Music like: Shpongle, Vibrasphere, Amon Tobin, Enya, but also Spiritual Metal like Tool or System of a Down sometimes also SKA as I find it's pulsating rythm truly Entrancing. Just listen to what works best that way for you. )
- Changing your Bed and Bedroom into an enchanting place of Peace and spirituality.
- Having someone give you a pre-bedtime Massage: This works about best for me. I'm quite a Physical person and I get very tranced out if I am Massaged. I can go straight into sleeptrance withing 5 minutes after a good massage.
- Having some good Sex. Masturbation works too for gthe Physical relaxation it gives afterwards, but Actual Sex works better because it works more apleasing mentally and will make you mentally calm as well. Very calm and tranced out.
- Staring into nothing while spending time in deep deep thought (most natural and common way deep dayly trances come)
- Spending time in a Darkened room. The more darkened the better: Pitchblack rooms lead to total disorientation, A shifting of Awareness from your Physical world to your Mental, ''Thought-World'', Sleepyness&Dreamyness due to the dark Stimulating your Brain to Produce the Sleep-Regulating hormone Melatonin after about an hour)
