Can be quite good as it suggests present time moment?
also, when repeating the mantra and really feeling how much I would like to have fun in my dreams, should this be repeated continuously for like 20 minutes ? Before sleep? Or more like reminding urself for many short times along the day
One other thing is, I have had many ld before, but always after I wake up from a lucid dream I can never fall back asleep anymore (not excited or anything)... So there is no way I can have many every night.
Did you have this problem?
I definitely used to have this problem, when i would wake up from an LD, i would find it hard to get back to sleep.
For me, it was in a WBTB, so i had this unconscious thing where, i thought that because I was not in REM, i wouldn't be able to lucid dream, therefore, i wouldn't need to go back to sleep because i wouldn't be able to lucid dream.
This is entirely not the case, as lucid dreaming/obes can really happen, at any time of the day/night, it is 100% possible. So basically, it's just a mental block that you're facing more than likely, after you wake up from a LD, it isn't impossible/hard for another one to happen.
When you go back to sleep, try to get into that same mindset that you had while waking up, if that makes sense, keep that same fogginess and grogginess, and "out of the loop" feeling, and you'll be back to sleep, pair it with an expectation to lucid dream/have your mantra work, and then visualize perhaps. Whatever works for you, just know that it is possible, and that you have to be within the same mindset to experience it.
