Hmm... I sort of thought someone would have responded to this...
If the medication still allows you to do day work (i.e., Reality Checks, setting intention), I would suggest you stick with MILD, or other techniques that induce DILD's.
This is because DILD techniques don't require much work while you are going to sleep (as opposed to WILD techniques, like SSILD or VILD), so the influence of the medication at bedtime should have a minimal effect. Also, taking more chemicals to counter the effects of your medication is, in my opinion, never a good idea, as it only tends to add new issues to your attempts rather than fixing them.
So MILD, being a DILD technique, might be the way for you to go. I know MILD has you doing some stuff at sleep time, but they should still be doable to some degree.
