      I think a challenge is a great idea...
      I am lucky, I wake up at least once a night every night anyway.
      I think I’ll try it too. My only problem is remembering to do MILD when I wake up!

      I also do Yoga Nidra, which is a type of meditation that accesses the subconscious consciously, during which I plant a positive thought... I tell myself I will become lucid every night. I think if I combine this meditation with MILD, it could work.

      Day 6:

      -I've meditate for 10 minutes.
      -I went to sleep at 22:35 by doing the MILD.
      -I woke up at 4:00am and stay up for 30 minutes and went back to sleep doing the MILD.
      -I've made a lucid dream:
      Do I have the courage to face my fear. LD

      Huge congratulations on that lucid, Rockefeller! It sounds like you're getting into a great routine. I still find it so hard to focus on the MILD as I'm going to sleep, my brain just goes anywere else!
