It takes time, sometimes a little longer than we would all like. Be diligent, don't overuse the drugs, and your dream recall will improve. You could also spend some time just developing recall. Affirmations will help. |

I don't know by who, but it was mentioned in another thread that lucid dreaming is a strange skill. Even if you work really hard, you won't necessarily get results from it. It is guaranteed, though, that if you keep working at it, something will happen. Good luck! |

Since you mentioned choline, has anyone noticed a difference in dream recall/vividness while taking choline or eating a lot of eggs? I might coniser adding organic eggs as a larger part of my diet. |
