Hmm... astral projection? That sounds a bit ... supernatural-y to me. I don't know too much on that subject. I think it was all in my head, because when I was in my dream-body, the room was lit much different than it was when I was REALLY awake. All the lights were on in the sleep paralysis state / dream. IRL, all the lights were off. :S

But it is a bit strange... yeah... I think it's happened to me at least once before too, a really really long time ago. Man, I don't even know anymore. lol
