      Here's what I do...

I posted in the ‘Introduction” section a few days ago and have since been reading and searching the posts here on DV.

      Here’s my technique:
There’s a forest near my house which I’ve hiked 3 times a week for 20 years. When I’m going to sleep I ‘walk’ or ‘fly’ this route and look for anomalies.
When I see something different or out-of-place on the trail, I go to that place and look for things or people. I look for the answers to questions, and I readily find them.

That sounds really fun, I find myself walking along the same paths in dreams that I normally just go somewhere else, but I will try this next time.

What type of answers do you normally find?

I’m researching the people who lived in my area. They’ve been here for 10,000 years.

The answers come during the travel, or the travel shows me another path or route to take the following day.
This is not an analogy, it is clear and easy-to-follow information.

I think that going over a particular route we travel in our waking lives kind of ‘lines things up’ or ‘gets us in synch’ when we travel in our dream lives.

Sounds awesome. I will definitely try this. One of my dream goals is to go to my town, when I do this, I will definitely try.

For me its all about visualization. Not to sound like a broken record but we visualize and we dream in the same area of the human brain. Visualization primes the pump for sleep, dreams, and lucid dreaming. I think everyone should at least give it a try. You might be surprised!
