I am a believer that Deild is the ultimate method to learn. I know its possible for someone to learn how to Deild in a few days (because I've thought my best friend how to do it) but it can be hard to grasp the concept of letting your body sleep. Seeing as you can chain dreams it allows you to have up to ten dreams in a night. I myself started only after a had a few lucid because I am extremely obsessed with it and now after about four months I can have over 3 lucid dreams a night if I want.
I was kazy and determined at the same time, I still think it can be good to practise with Mild first but I just didn't have the patience.
If you can dedicate yourself enough, I mean not giving up for more than three months of consitent trying then it is possible for you to become a frequent lucid dreamer. Only if you feel that you can take on something like this though, that is what I did.
