I don't repeat a mantra however sometimes I visualize seeing the words 'You are dreaming' on a billboard as I drift off to sleep. We visualize and dream in the same section of our big human brain... the secondary visual cortices. Words are abstract concepts to our brains so I say visualize your mantra!
