yes, losing lucidity is quite common in a lucid. Just remember to remember that you are dreaming throughout the dream. |
|
If you have trouble remembering through the whole dream, try summoning a dream character to follow you around and tell them to remind you that you're dreaming. Works every time for me. |
|
I had this problem at one stage, considering if I wasn't concious enough to class it as a lucid, but I think you were. |

This is common. As I have said in another thread, it took the authors of the most famous lucid dreaming books (Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming, Gateway to the Inner Self and so on) YEARS to learn how to stay in the dream, and they all had different methods of staying there, but one thing they had in common. They learned it by themself, sure they followed some guides, but it was only their own experience that taught them how to do it. So the only answer to your question is to get more lucid dreams and find out your own way of staying there. |

Hey Zoth, don't worry it's normal not remember 100% of your lucid dream or loose lucidity in the middle of it. As you get more experience and keep with it you will keep getting better. Make sure you stabilize the dream when you become lucid and keep reminding yourself that you're dreaming during the dream. Before you go to bed tell yourself it is important for you to stay lucid. Good luck! |

Like the others said, it's normal. Try not to stress about it, maybe try to shut your eyes when you wake up and you will probably remember more. Just keep on practicing and your memory will get better with each LD you have |
