Try this technique and tell me what you think!

Ok, guys I have made my own technique. What I simply did was I woke up during the middle of the night. Simple right? Then, I went and used the bathroom. After that I went back to my bed and then I lay back down. When I lay back down, I stay still for at least 20 minutes while keeping my awareness. Do not open your eyes while doing this. During those 20 minutes if you feel the need to move, move. After the 20 minutes don't open your eyes but fall asleep naturally. For some reason every time I did this, I would always feel the vibration and physical sensation before my dream. Doing this always let me become aware of the vibrations and sensations before I went into my dream.

We all experience these vibrations when attempting to do the technique WILD ( Wake Induced Lucid Dream).
There hasn't been much discussion on the forums about it, but from personal experience I would say I feel it just before entering Sleep Paralysis (Stops you from acting out your dreams).
I think the sensation is just your body sending out the signals not to move, but I don't know the science side of it, but I can see why you posted this because it is an incredible feeling, and happens to put me off relaxing alot of the time.
If you stay concious after those feelings and remained relaxed you may enter a dream consciously, but WILDing is a tough technique so don't be annoyed if you fail.

If you have any questions or want a further description of anything, just ask!

It's WBTB-WILD.... that's it. Obviously someone discovered it for themselves before they looked in the tutorial section.

in WILD you dont move at all and you get directly whisked from waking to dream without any unconsciousness in between.

WILD requires you not to move. My technique is like this:

After you wake up in the middle of the night or the early morning, use the bathroom(like WBTB). After you use the bathroom go back to bed and lay down and close your eyes. For WILD you have to remain still as possible but after you lay still and close your eyes, relax for 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes if you feel the need to move your body, move it. But you have to do it with your eyes closed. After those 20 minutes fall asleep naturally while keeping your eyes closed. Everytime I seem to do this, I always end up at the start of my dream.

So basically you do a WBTB, and then fall asleep? Where is there anything different here? I don't think I follow still.
