      I was just wondering...

I was just wondering, if i can have a lucid dream easily, without much work, because i really dont have the chances for ones right now... In my country i am on a school, where you actually live, directly translated: "After School"... But are there any relatively good ways, without too much work, because i am very busy right now...
      Thanks!

The good news is that most activities to help with LD don't take up much time. Reality checks now and then throughout the day take no time - do them while you're in line or waiting for your next class. A dream journal takes just a few minutes to write out in the morning. If you do find yourself with spare time, read up on Lucid dreaming on the internet or get one of the many books on the topic. Just thinking about Lucid Dreaming gives you a chance to have a LD.

Robert Waggoner (the author to the book Gateway to the Inner Self) Uses the same technique every night.

Tells himself that he will see his hands in his dream, while going to bed and looking at his hands, then he fall asleep and notice his hands in the dreams and gets lucid.
You can try that =) He sais that he didn't saw them at all or could even recall that he had seen them on the first nights. Then he started to see them all the time.

Keep doing RCs and be sure to practice waking lucidity, being conscious of what's around you. Awareness is key in lucid dreaming because if you're not aware in a dream, you aren't lucid. If you're in school or at work, you can always work on things and stop to analyze the writing, subtly lift a book up and see if gravity is realistic, see if everything feels "normal". Can you feel your mind entirely present? Often in lucid dreams, we aren't 100% conscious, more like 70 or 80%, so you can always use that to your advantage. This doesn't take more than a few seconds, but the longer you draw it out for, the better.

      Good luck.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

It doesn't take time, but it does take attention. As long as your brain is not stressed to maximum capacity, you should have no problem lucid dreaming.
