I don't know if this is the right section but anyway...
The past few days I have been trying to do a WILD by taking a nap, I feel like I have been 90% successful, but I can't transition into the dream.
I go into sleep paralysis, then a few minutes later (if I am tired enough) I start to go semi conscious and start falling asleep. The problem is I can feel when I start to transition into the dream. It is almost like a jolt of energy and my hearts starts to beat quicker, my breathing starts to speed up and it becomes difficult to relax. I end up trying to force myself into the dream and it doesn't work. I try to control my breathing voluntarily but once I start doing that I become too conscious to easily go into the dream.
After this happens my energy level rises significantly and I can't just go back into a relaxed state. This seems like mostly a mental block, any tips would be appreciated.
