1) Do reality checks throughout the day - these tell you whether or not you're dreaming
-Clock and Text - Get a watch, look at it, cover it with ur hand, look again, if it changes time you're in a dream. You can do the same with any written words.
-Set the alarm every hour, and remember to RC before the alarm goes off. Once mastered you will RC in your dreams.
-Plug ur nose and try to breathe
-Count your fingers, 1,2,3,4,5 then an invisible 6th
-Ask if you remember the last 5 mins and does everything make sense
2) Focus and meditation
-Reflect throughout the day on your breathing, pleasant thoughts, sleep and dreams
3) Dream control techniques -
Practice these before sleep
-rubbing hands to make the dream vivid and stabilize things
-gently spin to stabilize things
-touch the walls and floor to stabilize things
-voice commands/spells click
