Im starting in a gym this week to lose weight and make myself dead-tired 5 times a week untill i reach my goal but there is also a bigger plus side then just losing weight, i will reach SP like it is NOTHING, but, i will not obsess over LD'ing because that will ruin it more likely so i'll just relax, train, meditate sometimes, writing dreams in journal and the lucid dreams will come knocking on my door themself |
