iv only tried "WILD" attempts and at the beginning i didn't know wth i was doing lol.but there's really not much to it...SERIOUSLY not much to it.

in the beginning when you first try it couple times you might not stay concentrating or aware and end up falling asleep.

Get scared when you start going into sleep paralysis and quickly start moving to shrug it away.

or WHEN YOU DO MAKE IT! and stick with it all the way.after all the images have passed and things (sometimes ppl dont see images all the time*hallucinating*) you jst end up seeing darkness then wake up??

Or simply just attempt to wild and wake up knowing you didnt stay aware lol

WELL! my first WILD attmpets were very scary to me.my first one i heard a man scream and first thing that came to mind was that he sounded like he was being burned.it got so loud and when i tried to move i wouldnt!!! but in the end i ended up moving out of it.and didnt try them for awhile.

another was that my whole body got numb or tingly (even my testys haha.felt weird tho i didnt like it.no guy likes numb testicles) then i felt a chill going through my whole body.like when you get i guess"goosebumps" ??? and at the same time i heard wind roaring and it was just awesome.but i didn't enter a dream at that time.i got to excited.

Another time in sleep paralysis i felt literally my freaking body falling through the bed.and not just a straight fall but like.falling left and right like how a paper flows side to side when it falls.that same way!!!!

WILD is to enter a dream while going to sleep.
this is all i do.
Lay down in bed and well...try to go to sleep! just relax!! imagin something you wanna do like for example i imagin my self tricking on the park i go to or on open gyms i go to.
Whatever it is your visualizing make sure to feel the stuff around it too.if u touch a wall try to feel it also like think about how it feels.if is rough or whatever.

After awhile you might get uncomfortable(thats why its good to stretch before goin to bed!)and wanna move.if you do.just move.BUT SLOWLY and lay back down in a better position.

Getting itchy??well hold it!!!! youll start getting itchy in random places of your body just hold it!!---this happens almost everytime to me

okay you should really be getting into whatever it was your visualizing and almost feeling like your there for real. OR you might start seeing wierd stuff like glowy lights and thing slike that.when this happens to me i already KNOW whats next.

sleep paralysis!!
youll start getting tingly everywhere all numb.theres no other way to say this but.DONT PUSSY OUT after you've gotten this far.

but if you do get out of it.atleast you now know how it feels to get there and your now closer to getting into a good WILD.and atleast u attempted it!!

this is the part where you might litteraly start feeling things/hearing things.Keep your eyes close!!.
Things can get really scary here but just remember that it will go away in like 10-15seconds
about when the sounds end i start seeing crazy lights sometimes or differnt images sometimes metal balls counting down with a number in them like a bomb lol

at this point!!! when everything is like at its strongest.start visualizing something and if you start seeing seomthing else other than what you want,just go along with that!! imagine your in there and feel for anything around there.

EXAMPLE-ur trying to imagin urself practicin backflips on grass but what you keep seeing is cement floor then it turns oout ur in a castle looking place.so dont force it just go along with what you get.

well theres always little things i can say here and there lol.but thats it!!!!!

lay down on your bed.
visualize something.
dont move.
body gets numb.
dont chicken out.
--its not scary everytime sometimes i found most of them awesome cause i heard some characters from a game i used to play "left 4 dead" and knew it was from there so didnt scare me.

most ppl start off crappy.i sometimes went weeks without doing it but once u get it like 3 nights in a row thats it.
most iv done is 3 wilds in 1 night and its just awesome that you can actually GO INSIDE A DREAM

dont get discouraged and if anyone reads this!!! i think everyone should give freerunning(parkour/tricking together) a try lol
