This is a repository for information about supplements, herbs, and legal drugs that are known to increase your chances of having lucid dreams. Please read the entire post before making a decision about starting a regiment on them. Lots of posts in this forum simply talk about how substances effect their lucid dreams, but fail to discuss possible side effects and what to take with it. Also notice that some of the substance should be taken together, but at different times.
