Hello! It's me again. I kind of need a little bit more advice for WILD. :D Last night I WILDed in the middle of the night, and I was never able to fall asleep. I also WILDed right before I went to bed, and when I woke up in the morning. :D
I WILDed:
Before bed
In WBTB
Nap in morning
(I'm trying to practice) Anyways, All those 3 times, I was unable to fall asleep.
So, for all the WILDs:
After about at least 15-20 minutes, I was numb but I hadn't entered SP or seen any HI. So I just gave up and went to bed. (Also, when I did the WBTB in the middle of the night, a storm came up, so I can't remember but I think my WILD was interrupted)
So should I experiment with my WBTB? Any suggestions?

Edit: I went to bed around 10:00 pm and woke up naturally at around 4:30 am.
Edit: Another nagging question of mine. If I keep practicing my WILD method a lot, will it be easier to focus in the future and to get to SP much faster?
