What I do (I have only tried twice) is I think about my daily routine during school trying not to speed anything up while trying to WILD I normally get to the part where I actually get to school after getting ready and riding the bus and I start to get off track and think about other stuff and I make sure to try and analyze these thoughts so I dont fall asleep or I get back on track with my school routine. The first time I tried it there was too many distractions but I had a very relaxed feeling the second time I fell asleep and woke up a few times in SP (Both were naps) I was wandering if this will work for anyone else I would like to hear what you guys think.

Sorry if someone already said something like this but I couldnt find anything like it so... yeah.
