      Thumbs down Trouble Wilding!!!

      So I have been trying to Wild Lucid dream for a few weeks.(Im a noob) I either fall asleep trying or I try to stay still but my body twitches. If I twitch, do i have to start over, or keep going? I NEED HELP!
