      Insane First Time Wild Experience

Last night I was having a very tough time sleeping because I was sleeping at a cousins bed and it was very uncomfortable.. I woke up somehow at around 1:45 and was awake up until 4. Around 4 I decided hey I'm just going to try a WILD. I'll explain quickly what happens. I did not go through the steps of SP or feel any of the things that I've felt before but I just fell quickly into sleep but was completely aware of everything around me and then suddenly I was in a LUCID DREAM It was a nightmare though, I don't really remember what about but I was playing a shooting game in one of my classes and I was one of the characters. I don't really remember it being a nightmare but I do recall getting really scared at one point so I try to think it's just a dream it's just a dream and I wake up.

WHEN I WAKE UP IT WAS A FALSE AWAKENING! It was in the morning but a bit sunny. I do the nose pinch trick and I WAS ABLE TO BREATHE. This is the first time I have a Lucid dream that I don't wake up instantly after becoming lucid, let alone having it be my first WILD, or at least I think its a WILD. Anyways I was soooooo amazed. I did the thumb in palm trick and I remember this because it was so crazy that my thumb almost blended into my palm. What's funny is that when I had the false awakening, I woke up in my normal bed and didn't notice anything. I don't really remember much details because I woke up and fell asleep many times after but those things are what I remember. Also my alarm clock was reading like a 7 digit number in the false awakening. I remember I thought about some place after I had the false awakening and teleported there and I don't remember what happened next.

This was an extraordinary experience for me because its the first time I had a Lucid dream in which I actually performed various reality checks and was totally lucid. Also the false awakening part was very cool too .

I'm pretty sure this was a WILD and I skipped many of the stages because I was already so tired from swimming practice the day before but if anyone can clarify please do.

Another funny part is that I had really wanted the sun to come out already, to go outside, ect. Also in the false awakening I remember seeing sunlight pass through a window. When I woke up for real I looked at the clock and i was annoyed to see that it was only 4:20. 20 minutes had gone by but it felt like a lot more. Guess I "stopped time".

good post now im certain i also had a WILD ans see the same examples of S.P.

Ive never had much luck with with R.C.'s but will try harder ,day and night every hour for a while but after last night's wild

i think ill try wilding every night it might be easier for me than DILD since i usually fall asleep on couch before bed anyway. it seems like a good preparation for wild, i have excellent dream recall at least 3-4 a night but cant seem to "pop" into lucidity

It's the first time that happens to me and I'm not even sure if it was a WILD but its weird to just fall into lucidity that fast. Also I never do RC's during the day, I should try doing those. I don't remember how I realized I was lucid but I remember I did the RC's in the false awakening. Also it is most likely a WILD because I heard that FA's occur most often when WILD'ing.

yes i read in stephen laberge's book that one should do a reality check every hour to get your mind into the habit of doing one while sleeping as well. Also if you wear a watch ,put it on the one hour chime, do your R.C. during the day, and while your sleeping your subconscience will hear it (i dont hear it so hopefully my subconscience does) and it may help do an automatic R.C. during sleep

lol my common dream sigh is a redhead, not always a girl either most times a man that angers me somehow.i tell myself to use this sign to become lucid but this just doesnt seem to work for me.
this wasnt my first wild but definitely my first sleep paralysis.
i wasnt even sure until i read up on it, i thought the noise and vibration was from the dream of me flying and i just realized during my dream that i was,in fact dreaming then i took off flying of my own will. lol i actually thought to myself "my wife is going to walk in the room and find me with arms oustretched like superman ...its a good thing there is S.P.

did you read my post, fantastic wild. i wrote it sunday morning, thats when i saw yours
