My alarm woke me up at 9 o' clock in the morning as usual but since I had a day off I turned it off and rolled back to sleep remembering the FILD method. So i moved my fingers as i counted to 100 but at some point I felt i had stopped moving them and that my mind was visualising the movements.. so I carried on.. the next thing I know (memory is blank after that) is that I'm experiencing alot of imagery.. so i try and imagine my room around me and then i roll out with my dream body.. do a reality check and sure enough I'm dreaming. When I awoke from the dream I attempted a DEILD but my mouth was too dry and it was keeping me awake.
